3. Appointments and Cancellations
We strive to respect your schedule. To modify or cancel an appointment without a penalty fee, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice or granting our technicians property access during scheduled windows may result in a service trip charge.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful treatment, clients must prepare the property according to instructions provided by our technicians prior to arrival. This includes securing pets, clearing specified areas, and providing safe access to all treatment perimeter points.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we use highly effective techniques and approved compounds, Bell Termite and Pest is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden infestations, or secondary damages resulting from pests outside our targeted treatment protocols.
